Perfect for transitioning hair to keep your natural locks soft and hydrated and twist outs or just wet n’ go. This butter is great for kids as well to add definition to their adorable curls.
I have struggled with maintaining moisture with the 4C (or I call it 4D) hair. I would add the leave-in conditioner and seal with an oil but still found that my hair would be extremely dry. I decided to make a super "sealant" on wash days when doing my twist-out. By incorporating beeswax into my sealant, it also gave me the needed definition with my twist outs.
THIS CREME IS A SEALANT and should be used to help the hair hold on to moisture. So, first, be sure to apply a moisturizer, then apply HHB to lock/seal/trap in the moisture.
HHB is perfect for type 4 hair. It is a thick butter that melts in the hair and defines, hydrates and seals in moisture. Rub between your fingers and apply to roots and scalp. It only takes a very small amount to make a big difference!
Jamaican Black Castor Oil
Treats dry hair it is rich in Omega-9 fatty acids that moisturize the scalp, which prevents your hair from drying out. Applying castor oil regularly can help moisturize your roots and scalp to prevent dry air, as well as promote hair growth.
The oil also prevents hair damage and enhances its health, which leads to thicker hair with regular use.
It is a great hair conditioner that can help treat dull and damaged hair.

Serves as a natural conditioner and moisturizer - Castor oil is ‘moisture rich’ and penetrates deep into the scalp and conditions the hair immediately. This oil is hence, an easy way to regain lost shine and hair texture. With its exceptional moisturizing and conditioning properties, castor oil leaves a coating on the hair shaft to lock the much-needed moisture in.
Mango Butter - Mango butter is an emollient and moisturizer and has a high content of fatty acids (this helps keep your skin moisturized and promotes cell regeneration). It contains vitamins A, C, D, E, and group B vitamins: folic acid, calcium, iron, and magnesium Unrefined Shea Butter - Shea butter is great for softening hard brittle hair. It’s an excellent moisturizer, and therefore offers that advantage for dried as well as fragile curly hair.
Organic Coconut Oil - The use of coconut oil on hair helps to reduce protein loss in both damaged as well as undamaged hair. Coconut oil is rich in lauric acid and has a high affinity for hair protein, and easily penetrates inside the hair shaft, which is due to its low molecular weight. It can be used for pre-wash or post-wash hair grooming.
Avocado Oil - Avocado oil has the ability to enter deeply into hair strands and provide a wet environment for hair. Hence they can act as a very good moisturizer. Because of the high penetrative power, it doesn't leave any kind of stiffness on the surface of the hair. Therefore they are widely used as a hair oil. Also, Avocado oil can be used as a perfect detangled without having a slippery feel, thanks to their lubricating nature!! We can either use them alone or in combination with other oils.
Directions: Add to wet hair or follow up after moisturizing hair. For wet hair, add to hair and style as usual (using the sponge technique or two strand twist is a great choice of style). After moisturizing, add a dollop to hands and rub hands together to instantly melt, apply to slightly damp hair to lock in moisture and define your curls.
